The Master's program in Instrumental Studies (Focus: Performance) has been offered at the university since the winter semester of 2012/2013 with the following profiles
The Master's program is designed to equip students with the skills they need to work as an independent professional orchestral musician or a soloist. Artistic and technical development on the student's main instrument to a standard appropriate to the demands of our time, an overview of the continually growing repertoire, the ability to put together dramaturgically exciting programs, and social competence in their dealings with orchestral colleagues, concert organizers, conductors, and the audience are among the indispensable creative abilities required and furthered by the Master's degree program.
Applicants for the Master's program in Instrumental Studies (Focus: Performance) must have completed a university degree in their instrumental major and have passed an entrance examination.
