... is a method of exercise that can be done on the mat or equipment. Emphasizing coordination, control, precision, centring, balanced muscles systems, limited repetition, and breath, the exercises are designed to assist in functional strength and alignment for greater efficiency in movement. My classes focus on a balance of softening and strength building, encouraging proprioceptive awareness, dynamic alignment, and stability with mobility. I also spend time on injury prevention, body maintenance, and movement anatomy education.
