The fields of study offered by the Department «Performing Arts» reflect the artistic variety of a three-genre-theatre as well as the fringe scene: musical theatre, acting, contemporary and classical dance and the field of study Stage direction and management, which includes the courses Stage Direction and Theatre and Orchestral Management.

Every single field of study is an integral part of the Hessian Theatre Academy. Within the framework of this cooperation project, students are given the opportunity to gather practical experience on the stages of the theatres involved.
