During the semester, practice rooms at the HfMDK may be used at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) up to 8 p.m.
On weekdays during holidays as well as on eight statutory public holidays (Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Labour Day [1st May], Ascension Day, Whit Sunday, Whit Monday, Corpus Christi, Day of German Unity [3rd October]), students may also use the rooms regularly from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The rooms are only closed completely on Good Friday, at Christmas and on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
